Join me for an athletic workout using yoga poses. All levels welcome; options will be provided. Come ready to sweat!
Class is held outdoors. Please bring anything you’d like to add to your experience. A yoga mat and water bottle are required but helpful additions would be layers to add or remove, bug spray, a blanket to put underneath your yoga mat and yoga blocks.
