What is Real Life Fitness?


Real Life Fitness is a small, boutique fitness studio specializing in small group and one on one training. Christine works with individual people to help find fitness solutions that work within their own lives. Currently training at her home studio outdoors and remotely, when conditions allow she also has an indoor studio and can work with clients in their own homes.
