I am excited to offer a second yoga class during the week. Please join me outside for an athletic yoga class. You will recognize traditional yoga poses mixed in with some athletic training. A great workout for body and mind to keep you warm on these cooler nights.
Please bring your yoga mat and have layers you can add or remove, as needed. Other suggestions are a sheet or blanket to place under your mat, a blanket to use at the end of class during our brief savasana, and a water bottle. You are going to sweat!
Registration is required to attend. Class size is limited to the space available so please let me know if you register but cannot attend. Cost for this class is a free will offering. Any amount is appreciated but no amount is expected. I know we are all in unique times right now. My goal is to make group fitness available to everyone.
